My primary focus is helping people buy and sell real estate in Gilbert, Arizona, however my team and I serve buyers and sellers in surrounding communities such as Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Queek Creek, Gold Canyon, and San Tan Valley. We also directly serve real estate clients all across the Phoenix Valley, including Central Phoenix, Scottsdale, Anthem, Peoria, Goodyear, Buckeye, Glendale, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, and all of the little towns in between

- I have over 20 years of experience helping people buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
- I have 5 years of experience as a mortgage lender, including owning my own mortgage company in Maryland. I have helped people with very challenging circumstances to become homeowners. This led me to write The Bankruptcy Mortgage Book, which was a guide to helping people who had suffered bankruptcy become homeowners. Due to changes in mortgage lending guidelines, the information is outdated and the book is no longer available.
- I am the former Vice President of Project Management at Blair Development Corporation – a Maryland-based real estate development company.
